Lessons From Showtime's Web Therapy for Draghi and Zuckerberg

Being an improv person,  I love Web Therapy (Showtime, 10:30 PM Sundays) . The brainchild of Lisa Kudrow, this 1/2 hour masterpiece centers around a therapy 'modality' invented by Dr. Fiona Wallice (Kudrow) in which poor schmos sign up for Skype sessions lasting all of ...three minutes. Dr. Wallice believes that the compressed time frame forces the patient to get to the heart of their issue and move on, dispensing completely with any lengthy balderdash involving feelings, struggle, dreams or such like. In last Sunday's episode her mother, played by Lily Tomlin, announces that she too has discovered an enormous gift for helping people, reaching deeply into their souls, bringing out new life.  Tomlin, newly calling herself 'Dr.' Hodge, has figured out a way to monetize her gift, called 'Net Therapy', in FOUR minute sessions. Aghast, Kudrow asks her:
